COVID 19 Disease Prevention

The different phases of COVID-19 vaccine distribution are determined by the State of North Carolina and may change. North Carolina is committed to ensuring that access to the vaccine is fair and equitable. Agape Outreach Network LLC is committed to maintaining a safe environment for you, your families and friends and your clients. With the outbreak and continuing spread of coronavirus disease 2019 (“COVID-19”), and variants we are ensuring the safety of our communities and minimize the risk of disease. Whenever you are in contact with a client or in the client’s home, you must wash your hands with water and soap for at least twenty seconds, frequently throughout the day. You must wash your hands immediately upon entering the client’s home. If water and soap are not available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.  If you are feeling ill and have fever, cough or shortness of breath, inform your coordinator and do not go to work. Seek medical attention if you experience any of these symptoms. You must inform your supervisor if you or your client show signs of fever, cough or shortness of breath.   the United States. 
 

Per CDC, it is recommended that you receive the influenza vaccine if you have not already done so this influenza season. Fewer cases of influenza mean more resources available to fight COVID-19. Take measures to keep your immune system strong and healthy so that it can effectively fight disease. Get sufficient amounts of sleep, eat fruits and vegetables, and follow all of your doctor’s recommendations, including regarding diet and exercise. Remember to wash your hands often with water and soap or alcohol-based hand sanitizer
